Connect your coding agent

passo.build is a remote MCP server. Any client that implements the MCP Streamable HTTP transport with OAuth 2.1 discovery needs only the endpoint URL. You sign in once in the browser with your passo.build account. There are no API keys and nothing to paste into files.

  • Endpoint: https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp
  • Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, discovered automatically from the endpoint.
  • Account requirement: a passo.build account with a verified email address.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http passo https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp

The first tool call opens your browser to sign in. After that the session is cached and refreshed for you.

Codex

codex mcp add passo --url https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp

Or add it to ~/.codex/config.toml:

[mcp_servers.passo]
url = "https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp"

Cursor

Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or .cursor/mcp.json in a project):

{
"mcpServers": {
"passo": {
"url": "https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp"
}
}
}

Windsurf, Antigravity, Replit, Lovable

Add a remote MCP server named passo with the URL https://staging-mcp.passo.build/mcp and choose OAuth when prompted.

Restart your agent after adding the server.

First run

Ask the agent to list your passo.build projects, pick one, and take the next task. If you want the agent to work a specific task, give it the task id from the console.

If the agent reports a 401, the session has expired or was never created. Run the sign-in again from your client.

Machine-readable version

Agents can read the same instructions at passo.build/llms.txt.
